Compensation:  $22/hr

Hours:  Negotiable–Up to 400 hours over 10 straight weeks from June to August, 2026.  Starting & ending dates are negotiable.

Duties:  Watch over swimmers and other beach users to promote safety and compliance with beach rules.  Respond appropriately to emergency situations.  Teach swimming to small groups.  Manage equipment & supplies.

Requirements: 

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Red Cross (or equivalent) Lifeguard Certificate, First Aid, CPR & AED
• Must be capable of working with a large group of people of all ages.
